Zusammenfassung

Kelly is seeking an Operations Manager to lead nationwide restoration projects from a remotely-based role with residency required in Southeast Michigan or Central Alabama. The position offers a base salary with strong commission potential and comprehensive benefits.

You will manage inbound work orders, coordinate Project Managers and subcontractors, ensure SLA compliance, analyze data for budgeting, and mentor teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of operations management and/or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in commercial or residential restoration or insurance claims management.
• Familiarity with building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and general construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound emergency restoration work orders from nationwide clients and respond quickly.
• Assign and allocate work orders to Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate restoration projects across all states and maintain client communication.
• Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop job estimates, quotes, and proposals with accuracy.
