Job summary

BMS CAT & Blackmon Mooring is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor in Texas to lead remediation and restoration crews on residential and commercial losses. The role requires coordinating field teams, ensuring work complies with IICRC standards, and managing daily paperwork, timesheets, and dispatches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a remediation/restoration crew.
• IICRC training preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses
• Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation
• Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
• Manage and supervise the restoration crews
• Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
• Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
• Make certain all documentation is complete
