Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a nationwide restoration team. This fully remote role requires residence in Southeast Michigan or Central Alabama and offers a base salary with commissions and a total compensation target up to $130,000.

You will manage inbound emergency restoration work orders, coordinate Project Managers and subcontractors, and ensure SLA compliance while delivering exceptional client service across all 50 states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management and/or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial restoration, residential restoration, or insurance claims management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound emergency restoration work orders from nationwide clients and respond within five minutes.
• Assign and allocate work orders to Project Managers and subcontractor partners.
• Coordinate restoration projects across all 50 states and maintain daily client communication.
• Ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Develop job estimates, quotes, and proposals; review project documentation for accuracy.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and support Project Managers and subcontracted teams.
