Job summary

ServiceMaster Recovery Management - North America is seeking a Commercial Restoration Project Supervisor to lead large loss restoration efforts, mobilize temporary crews, and oversee safety and operations across sites in the United States. You will coordinate with customers, manage timelines, and ensure quality outcomes.

You will drive site setup, hazard identification, documentation, moisture mapping, and water extraction tasks, while traveling to active projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with customers and manage temporary laborers.
• Ability to perform basic math, calculations, and paperwork.
• Flexible and dependable with willingness to work varied hours and on-call duties.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as backbone of our large loss commercial restoration projects.
• Set up work areas and ensure supplies/equipment are available and functioning.
• Inspect for hazards and complete required safety forms.
• Photograph progress and manage tasks; assist team as needed.
• Conduct moisture mapping and inventory of contents across jobs.
• Extract water and remove damaged materials after storms or events.
