Job summary

Nations Dry Out is a nationwide restoration company providing water, fire, hazmat, trauma, and reconstruction services to Fortune 500 companies across all states. We seek a Project Manager to oversee full lifecycle management of mitigation work orders with a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This fully remote, high-responsibility role requires strong communication, urgency, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, facilities or property services preferred.
• Project management or operations experience in a service-based industry.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration, facility management or working with subcontractors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with text communication and Apple products.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate with subcontractors nationwide.
• Communicate with vendors in real time while on-site to capture scope, photos, and required documentation.
• Ensure adherence to job specifications and SLAs.
• Provide updates to Operations Managers on job status.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Monitor ongoing work orders to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Relate job site data daily regarding labor, progress, and materials.
