Job summary

Clera Salt Lake City is seeking a candidate to join the sales team, coordinating calls, follow-ups, and candidate checks to move introductions toward booked interviews. This hybrid role is based in Salt Lake City with initial in-person onboarding for the first two weeks.

Qualifications

• Must manage several concurrent tasks while keeping follow-ups on track.
• Experience making outbound calls to people you do not know.
• Evidence of career growth through promotion or broader scope.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to streamline work.
• Completed a project or initiative independently under sustained workloads.
• Recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, candidate coordination, or recruiting operations experience is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and help them prepare for initial conversations.
• Follow up with hiring managers to gather timely feedback on introduced candidates.
• Review candidate lists for fit, location, salary alignment, and prior responses before sharing with clients.
• Keep statuses, notes, and next steps accurate in team systems.
• Investigate recurring operational problems and propose fixes or improvements.
• Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, and review the results.
