Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role or similar early-career experience.
• Comfort making calls and communicating with new people across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to maintain a steady outreach pace and learn from feedback.
• Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make frequent outbound calls to founders and hiring leaders to book qualified meetings.
• Reach prospects via email and LinkedIn, use sequences and respond promptly.
• Follow up reliably, share information, handle objections, and reconnect when timing improves.
• Leverage prospect lists and AI tools to stay focused on meaningful conversations.
