Qualifications

• Experience coordinating calls and scheduling interviews.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to reduce repetitive work.
• Strong organization and follow-through while managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to hybrid onboarding and in-person collaboration.
• Proven track record of growth via promotions or expanded responsibilities.
• Experience in recruiting operations, candidate coordination, or scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.
• Follow up with hiring managers to gather feedback on introduced candidates.
• Review candidate lists for role, location, salary alignment, and prior responses before sending them to clients.
• Keep statuses, notes, and next steps accurate and up to date.
• Identify and resolve recurring operational issues, or propose improvements.
• Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, and review the resulting work.
