California Specialty Pharmacy is seeking an Ophthalmology Territory Account Executive to drive provider adoption and account growth in prioritized California and Arizona markets. The role builds targeted ophthalmology relationships, conducts workflow discovery, coordinates onboarding, and expands referral volume with retina specialists and practice decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or pharma sales is preferred.
• Ability to manage a multi-stage sales pipeline and track progress.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a targeted ophthalmology account universe across CA, AZ, and HI.
• Execute disciplined call, email, field-visit cadence with physicians and administrators.
• Lead meetings, needs assessments, workflow discussions, and program demonstrations.
• Communicate RetinaCare Complete value focusing on access, workflows, patient support, and payer alignment.
• Document account needs, objections, and opportunities in the CRM (ZOHO).
• Provide accurate pipeline updates, forecasts, and market feedback to leadership.
