Harrow is seeking an Ocular Surface Sales Specialist to drive market share in a defined geographic area, focusing on ophthalmic products like Vevye and Tyrvaya. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and work with the Ocular Surface Team to develop and execute territory plans, build relationships with ophthalmologists and staff, and optimize product utilization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
Ability to build, develop, and foster longstanding relationships with customers.
Ability to quickly absorb products and practice information.

Responsabilités

Take full ownership of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales revenue and product goals.
Develop territory business by acquiring new customers while expanding the existing base.
Drive demand through reimbursement solutions and payer channels.
Call on ophthalmic healthcare professionals in defined markets and build physician/staff relationships.
Record all sales activity in the CRM accurately and timely.
Travel routinely throughout the assigned geography, including overnight stays.
Understand industry codes and comply with regulations.
