Iantrek, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to grow its ophthalmic glaucoma portfolio.

This field-based, surgeon-facing role focuses on operating room case support, clinical education, and disciplined sales execution across assigned accounts. As a remote position with multi-state territory travel, the ASR will partner with the Regional Sales Director and Surgical Glaucoma Managers to drive product adoption, utilization, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ophthalmic sales or medical devices.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Strong clinical acumen to discuss procedural benefits.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Willingness to travel within territory and nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide operating room case support for AlloFlo Uveo.
• Troubleshoot intraoperative challenges and reinforce product best practices.
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource to surgeons and clinical staff.
• Deliver product in-services and staff training sessions.
• Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge to support effective customer education and utilization.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Director and Surgical Glaucoma Managers on account maintenance and ongoing customer support.
• Support account strategy and execution to deepen utilization within existing accounts.
• Contribute to pipeline development and regional growth initiatives.
