Iantrek, Inc. is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support surgical glaucoma portfolio growth.

This field-based, surgeon-facing role partners with regional leaders to drive product adoption and utilization in assigned accounts, focusing on OR case support and clinical education. The ASR will deliver product in-services, train staff, and build deep clinical knowledge to assist surgeons in understanding the procedural and patient-care benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ophthalmic sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural benefits
• Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within territory and nationwide

Responsibilities

• Provide operating room case support for AlloFlo Uveo
• Troubleshoot intraoperative challenges and reinforce product best practices
• Serve as a trusted clinical resource to surgeons and clinical staff
• Deliver product in-services and staff training sessions
• Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge to support customer education and utilization
• Partner with leadership on account maintenance and ongoing support
• Support account strategy and execution to deepen utilization
• Contribute to pipeline development and regional growth initiatives
