Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs across Operations. You will collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs, create learner journeys, and deliver effective onboarding and refresher content for internal staff and external customers.

You will leverage Articulate, Captivate, and Eloomi to provide engaging training and track metrics, while supporting change enablement initiatives and continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical experience within the healthcare industry, including pre-authorization, utilization reviews, medical claims processing, healthcare operations workflows, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
• Experience training for call center or Operations areas in the health care industry preferred.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Experience using training tools such as Articulate or Captivate and learning management solutions preferred.
• Experience using learning management software such as Eloomi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement training content using different learning modalities for internal employees and external customers in partnership with internal subject matter experts.
• Create learner journeys based on job roles, competency levels and training needs.
• Owns, evaluates, and improves new hire orientation and department-specific orientations.
• Track training progress, monitor access, and improve effectiveness of training delivered to employees.
• Develop and implement effective ways to conduct training and make it engaging through workshops and gamification.
• Develop and implement change enablement strategies and provide guidance for corporate projects with change aspects.
