Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) Health in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead site visit review staff and oversee daily screening operations. You will coach staff, monitor productivity, manage scheduling, and coordinate documentation while working with onsite leadership to resolve issues and ensure deliverables.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and 3+ years of supervisory experience in related public service fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher; 3+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation, disability services, employment services, workforce development, human services, or public policy is desired.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to analyze data and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs activities of assigned staff and allocates workflow.
• Coordinates project activities with project team, management and client.
• Provides federal policy, procedure, and regulation consultation.
• Participates in weekly status updates and monthly status reports with clients and project team.
• Manages project budget and invoicing; ensures productivity and QA goals.
• Conducts staff performance evaluations; supports QA/training teams.
