Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Site Visit Reviewers and coach staff.
• Monitor productivity and record-review workflows.
• Coordinate documentation, scheduling, time off, travel, hiring, training, evaluations, timesheet approvals and onboarding.
• Participate in weekly status updates and monthly status reports with clients and project team.
• Manage and track project budget and invoicing.
• Ensure staff reach productivity and quality assurance goals.
