• 3+ years of relevant work experience with supervision/management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs activities of assigned staff.
• Coordinates project activities with team, management and clients.
• Provides policy, procedure, and regulation consultation.
• Participates in weekly/monthly status reports with clients and project team.
• Manages project budget and invoicing.
• Ensures productivity and quality goals are met.
• Mentors staff and supports QA/training teams.
• Analyzes financial data for compliance with standards.
