Qualifications

• Experience in vocational rehabilitation, disability services, employment services, workforce development, or public policy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct activities of assigned staff.
• Coordinate project activities with project team, management, and client.
• Provide policy, procedure, and regulation consultation.
• Manage project budget and invoicing.
• Ensure staff meet productivity and quality goals.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations.
• Analyze financial data for compliance with standards.
