Job summary

Reside in North Carolina and collaborate with QA/training teams, onsite leadership, and clients to resolve issues and deliver accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Public Policy, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in relevant public policy or human services fields.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs activities of assigned staff; distributes workload.
• Coordinates project activities with team, management, and client.
• Provides federal policy, procedure, and regulation consultation.
• Participates in weekly/monthly status reports with clients and project team.
• Manages project budget and invoicing; tracks expenses.
• Ensures staff productivity and quality goals are met.
• Participates in staff trainings and conducts performance evaluations.
• Analyzes financial data for compliance with state/federal standards.
• Coordinates and completes special projects as assigned.
