The Operations Supervisor oversees Site Visit Reviewers and supports daily screening operations by coaching staff, monitoring productivity and record-review workflows, coordinating documentation, scheduling, time off, travel, hiring, training, evaluations, time sheet approvals, and onboarding. The role partners closely with Lead Scheduling, Quality Assurance, Training, and Onsite leadership to resolve technical or scheduling issues, communicate findings, document provider interactions, maintain operational trackers and spreadsheets, ensure staff deliverables are completed, and/escalate concerns to the Operations Manager as needed. The supervisor also mentors direct reports and assist the project QA/training team as needed.
