Job summary

Public Consulting Group (PCG) is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee Site Visit Reviewers and support daily screening operations. You will coach staff, monitor productivity, coordinate documentation, and ensure quality while liaising with leadership to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related fields, with strong communication and data analysis skills. The role is based in the United States and involves office settings with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in business, public policy, or related field.
• 3+ years in vocational rehabilitation, disability services, employment services, or public policy with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs activities of assigned staff and distributes workflow.
• Coordinates project activities with the project team, management and the client.
• Provides federal policy, procedure, and regulation consultation.
• Participates in weekly status updates and monthly reports with clients and project team.
• Manages and tracks project budget and invoicing.
• Ensures productivity and quality goals are met.
• Participates in staff trainings and conducts performance evaluations.
• Analyzes financial reports and data for regulatory compliance.
