Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff in a remote environment with possible on-site requirements within a 50-mile radius of a branch. The role focuses on supervising operations, ensuring process compliance, and managing a book of business.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance brokerage or 7+ years in related sales/relationship management, active licensing, and strong analytical and people-management

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.

• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Lead or support renewal and new business processes.
