Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to oversee Account Management staff, drive service excellence, and manage a book of business. Remote (Southeastern US) with possible on-site requirements in a hybrid model as needed.

You will lead performance, ensure policy administration and renewals are executed flawlessly, and mentor staff while promoting IOA values and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Required active licensing
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and coaching
• Monitor productivity, quality and service standards
• Manage client relationships and renewals
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support
• Support staff development and succession planning
