• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and oversee daily operations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Develop and execute staff training and development plans.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
• Support renewals and new business processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on coverage and service questions.
