Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the branch’s Account Management team, drive day-to-day operations, promote service excellence, and ensure policy and process compliance while overseeing a defined book of business for sustained growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance (or 7+ years in related sales/relationship roles), active licensing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship roles.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Recruitment and onboarding participation.
• Monitor performance data and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Manage renewal and new business processes and client relationships.
