Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team, oversee service delivery and policy administration, and drive operational excellence across a remote Southeastern US footprint.

You will coach staff, ensure compliance, analyze performance data, support renewals and new business, and promote IOA values while strengthening client relationships and book profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Manage an assigned book of business.
• Support renewals and client relationships.
• Oversee policy administration, billing, and documentation.
• Lead renewal and new business processes.
• Promote IOA culture and engagement.
