Insurance Office of America is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team, ensure policy compliance, and drive service excellence across the branch. This senior role manages an assigned book of business and provides guidance on complex client needs.

The position offers remote work with potential hybrid requirements for Florida residents or those with Florida experience, a competitive salary range of 105k–125k, company-paid health insurance, a 401(k)

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Active licensing is required.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
