Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance brokerage or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and coach team members.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.

• Oversee renewal and new business processes and client renewals.
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Provide subject matter expertise on coverage and service questions.
