The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance or 7+ years in related roles, active licensing, and strong analytical and service skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing required
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and guide performance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff.
• Balance workloads to maintain service continuity.
• Monitor performance data and take corrective action.
• Serve as subject matter expert for coverage and service questions.
• Manage client relationships and renewals.
