Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales/relationship roles.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active license is required; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor performance standards, productivity, quality, and service.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and claims support.
• Support renewals and new business processes.
• Deliver evaluations and maintain clear communication with leadership.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
