Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management staff at the Longwood, FL location with remote capability for SE US only. You will guide performance, ensure processes, support staff development, and manage an assigned book of business.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance operations or 7+ years in related sales/relationship roles, active licensing, strong analytics, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years of sales, marketing or relationship management experience.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and onboarding.
• Deliver evaluations and maintain transparent communication with leadership.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation.
• Lead or support renewal and new business processes.
• Maintain client relationships and support renewals and service needs.
