Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team in the Longwood, FL area and support a remote Southeast US model. You will guide performance, ensure policy/process compliance, and strengthen service delivery while managing a defined book of business.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in insurance brokerage or 7+ years in sales/relationship roles, active licensing, and strong analytical and communication skills; MS Office

Qualifications

• Active insurance licensing is required.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes and oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and claims support.
• Renewals and new business processes: lead or support end-to-end execution.
• Monitor performance data and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Balance workloads and promote service continuity.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively anticipate client needs.
