Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead the Account Management team at our Longwood, FL location. This role focuses on directing daily operations, ensuring policy administration accuracy, and guiding client service excellence.

You will coach staff, manage an assigned book of business, monitor performance data, and collaborate with carriers to support renewals and new business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required; professional designations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage an assigned book of business and support renewals.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity and data integrity.
• Serve as subject matter expert for coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and filing.
