Job summary

Shadeform is a cloud GPU marketplace hiring an Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our go-to-market motion. You’ll own the CRM health, keep pipeline and forecasting data clean, and support day-to-day operations that keep the team running efficiently, reporting to the Operations Manager.

In this fully remote role, you’ll build and maintain operational dashboards, improve processes, and collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining CRM data integrity and pipeline forecasting accuracy.
• Ability to work across time zones in a fully remote environment.
• Comfort with building and maintaining operational reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot administration end-to-end: configurations, workflows, properties, user access, and integrations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and data integrity; monitor pipeline health and forecasting data.
• Support sales operations including deal tracking, reporting, and process documentation.
• Contribute to general business operations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into pipeline and revenue.
