Huzzle is seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to own backend CRM operations, build automations, and optimize processes for client teams in a fully remote, independent contractor role.
You will work with sales and operations to translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot configurations, design dashboards, and ensure data integrity across pipelines.
Candidates should have HubSpot CRM admin experience and a certification, with strength in analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven HubSpot CRM administration experience.
- HubSpot certification required.
- Business analysis and mapping of internal processes.
- Experience with CRM implementations or migrations is a plus.
- Background in healthcare, SaaS or regulated industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and manage HubSpot CRM architecture and backend operations.
- Design and implement advanced HubSpot workflows and automation processes.
- Build dashboards, reporting systems, and operational insights for stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for CRM improvements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot configurations and solutions.
- Develop and optimize sales pipeline structures and process flows.
