Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Productivity Solutions Consultant to shape Microsoft productivity and accelerate cloud adoption for partners across the United States. This remote role collaborates with Account Executives and Microsoft teams to advance strategic opportunities, align solutions, and drive recurring revenue.

You will conduct discovery, develop opportunity plans, manage forecasts, and act as a trusted advisor helping partners optimize their Microsoft practice while navigating multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative solution selling and channel sales.
• Proven ability to support complex opportunities with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and partner programs.
• Ability to translate business goals into practical technology strategies.
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity planning in a CRM.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative mindset across sales, technical and partner-facing teams.
• Knowledge of modern workplace technologies, cloud infrastructure and productivity solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic Microsoft-led opportunities from qualification through closure.
• Partner with Account Execs, Partner Dev Managers, Microsoft teams and technical specialists.
• Conduct business discovery to uncover customer goals, challenges and growth strategies.
• Align Microsoft productivity, security, AI, and business apps to outcomes.
• Support partners through complex buying journeys with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop opportunity plans, maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline health.
• Act as a trusted advisor to strengthen partners' Microsoft practice and recurring revenue.
• Remove barriers and coordinate resources to maintain momentum on deals.
