Job summary

The Pure Gold Company is seeking a reliable, organised Operations and Service Executive for a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover. The role focuses on end-to-end operational support, data entry, and transaction processing across UTC-0/UTC-8, with shifts from 13:00 to 01:30 UTC-0. Part-time 20 hours weekly, flexibility required.

Fully remote role with option to work from our London office. Competitive pro-rated salary and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Part-time 20 hours per week with shift pattern flexibility.
• Strong administration, data entry, and attention to detail required.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and ensure documentation/compliance.
• Manage partner accounts and provide purchase/invoice status updates.
• Provide operational support to senior leadership on initiatives.
• Process transactions, data entry, and documentation for orders.
