Job summary

G-P, a global employment platform, is seeking a Senior Human Resource Associate for our Regional Shared Service Centre. You will support back-end HR, payroll, and legal service providers that support our international entities across EMEA.

This 9-month fixed-term contract runs on GMT hours, and we are looking for someone with global exposure and strong HR operations experience to help manage onboarding, data management, visas, transfers and offboarding.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR operations experience
• Detailed knowledge of HR Procedures and policies
• Experience in a Shared Services environment
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation in the EMEA region
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with MS Office software
• Interest in applying AI tools to HR workflows
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams
• Strong self-motivation and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and lifecycle events (data management, absences, transfers, offboarding)
• Prepare HR contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll documentation
• Maintain employee records in the internal platform and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate benefits enrollment with brokers/insurers
• Provide payroll data to payroll team and providers
• Audit HR data changes for accuracy and timely payments
• Contribute to improving HR processes and SOPs
• Communicate clearly with professionals and customers to resolve inquiries
• Meet established SLAs and SOPs in daily operations
• Liaise with GP partners/vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Serve as first point of contact during onboarding and offboarding
