Logoslabs is seeking a Senior Reconciliation Analyst for a fixed-term maternity cover, working remotely. You will own daily reconciliation monitoring, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with engineering and banking partners to keep balances aligned.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in reconciliation, payment operations, or treasury operations.
• Comfortable with Excel and BI tools (Databricks, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of payment schemes and money movement between banks and internal systems.
• Diligent and detail-oriented, especially with money movements.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
• Willingness to a fixed-term contract (~5 months) with possible extension.

Responsibilities

• Own daily reconciliation monitoring - ensuring cash held in the bank matches client balances and flagging any breaks or mismatches.
• Resolve reconciliation issues end-to-end with internal (engineering) or external (banks/providers) partners.
• Maintain reporting and month-end close - supporting vendor and regulatory reporting with high accuracy.
• Work across data tools to monitor and track reconciliation data using Excel and BI tools.
• Contribute to automation - gradually reducing manual reconciliation through AI and tooling.
• Handle occasional manual money transfers with precision.
• Manage stakeholders across the business with engineering, treasury, and banking partners.
