Job summary

The Pure Gold Company is seeking a Service & Operations Executive for a fixed-term maternity cover in its wholesale operations team. This remote role covers UK working hours with shifts from 1pm to 1:30am UTC, Monday to Friday, and focuses on data entry, transaction processing, and onboarding of clients.

You will coordinate logistics, manage CRM/stock records, and support senior leadership while ensuring cross-jurisdiction compliance. UK residency and right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the UK with the right to work.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with ownership of outcomes.
• Remote-first role with UK-based work.
• Salesforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Manage partner accounts and provide purchase/invoice details.
• Provide operational support to senior leadership and contribute to projects.
• Process transactions and maintain related documentation (POs, invoices, contracts).
• Maintain CRM and stock databases for accurate records.
