Responsibilities

• Scheduling: coordinate with Sales, Techs, and SC for technician timetables.
• Communicate with customers to plan repair dates and times.
• Weekly schedule development and distribution.
• Support account management and quote creation.
• Follow up with customers and handle miscellaneous communications.
