Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in field service dispatch, operations coordination, or scheduling.
• Strong systems orientation with quick software learning and data accuracy.
• Ability to make fast decisions under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication with supervisors and crews.

Responsibilities

• Daily Dispatch & Scheduling: monitor assignments, adjust for absences, communicate changes.
• Recurring Schedule Management: manage recurring service calls and onboarding.
• Route Efficiency & Auditing: review routes and propose improvements.
• System Administration: administer scheduling platform and ensure data integrity.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: partner with Operations Manager and client-facing teams.
