Job summary

You will manage timelines, monitor dependencies, and ensure delivery commitments align with capacity while coordinating with Actuary, IT, Call Center, and Operations.

This role emphasizes end-to-end execution for standard to moderately complex initiatives and proactive risk management within defined governance.

Qualifications

• Experience on billable, revenue-impacting, or compliance-sensitive operational projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain operational project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Continuously analyze timelines and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end execution for standard to moderately complex initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Actuary, IT, Operations, Call Center, and Mailroom.
• Monitor IT tickets, dependencies, and escalate risks to maintain readiness.
• Maintain a single delivery plan with timely status, risk, and capacity insights.
