Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
• 3-5 years proven experience in program or project management leading clients and team members through large complex system implementation and integrations.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced management consulting environments.
• Strong client interfacing skills and ability to partner with technical and project leaders.
• Experience managing project scope with budget awareness is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency to apply broad knowledge to complex long-term projects.
• Strong people management, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients for successful delivery of projects across multiple offerings.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage overall client interface for defined scopes.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to consulting staff; act as project lead on complex initiatives.
• Develop project schedules, assign work, monitor progress and ensure technical adequacy.
• Gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and tasks.
• Ensure timely project communication and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage resources and project administration including forecasting and cost tracking.
