Job summary

illumifin is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support multiple business units with complaint handling and unauthorized PII/PHI disclosures, including investigation, mitigation, and timely responses to complainants, insurers, clients and illumifin leadership.

You will conduct reviews of legal documents, manage CREW-related tasks, participate in policy maintenance, provide triage backup for the team email, and mentor Associate Compliance Analysts while driving continuous improvement in the

Responsibilities

Complaint investigation and responses
Unauthorized PII/PHI Disclosure Investigations
Conduct reviews of legal documents and related paperwork for proper designee identification
Placing and removing litigation holds
Works closely with Sr. Compliance Analysts and Supervisors, Compliance to increase skills
Complete documentation as required, including the logging of work in CREW
Provide triage backup for the team email box for daily assignments to analysts.
Policy and Procedure maintenance.
Compliance system (CREW) advancement and testing.
Serve as a topic mentor for Associate Compliance Analyst.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
Bring innovation, contributes beyond assigned tasks, encourages morale.
Work independently under general supervision with appropriate updates to leadership on progress and risks and some latitude for independent judgment.
