CLEAResult seeks an Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, internally and externally. You’ll support programs, projects, or processes across data management, metrics and reporting, team coordination, and process improvement; this is more internal-facing, with some client contact.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and clear communicators, and accountable to commitments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff.
• Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence.
• Process payments.
• Gather, enter, and track data, ensuring quality.
• Adhere to program, practice, and operations guidelines.
• Export predesigned reports.
• Offer support for staff and program meetings.
