Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret trends and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a moderate level of oversight and collaborate across functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and develop staffing plans.
• Experience identifying staffing or talent issues and addressing them proactively.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily business operations so workflows run smoothly and on schedule.
• Execute operational plans within assigned areas of the organization.
• Resolve a wide range of operational issues with creative, solution-based approaches.
• Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Monitor, evaluate, and refine processes and systems.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Manage multiple projects from planning through completion and build staffing plans.
• Identify, track, and report on key performance metrics to inform leadership.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with usable insights for leadership.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
