Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or a closely related field.
• Full understanding of business operations, with the ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once and develop project plans that account for staffing.
• Proven ability to identify and proactively address staffing or talent issues.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret trends and metrics and turn them into action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a moderate level of oversight, and to collaborate effectively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily business operations to ensure workflows run smoothly and on schedule.
• Execute operational plans within assigned areas of the organization.
• Resolve a wide range of operational issues with creative, solution-based approaches.
• Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor, evaluate, and refine existing processes, procedures, and systems.
• Analyze operational trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
• Lead multiple projects or programs, from planning through completion and staffing considerations.
• Build project plans accounting for staffing needs, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify and address staffing or talent issues proactively.
• Identify, track, and report on key performance metrics to provide leadership with usable insights.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership.
