MonetizeMore is seeking a Group Product Manager who operates as a world-class operator and player-coach. You will mentor PMs across MonetizeMore, transforming our product organization into a best-in-class, outcome-driven Product Operating Model, and drive the strategy, growth, and execution of Advanced Ads—our leading ad-management platform powering over 150,000 websites worldwide.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience with 3+ years mentoring PMs.
Experience with modern Product Operating Model practices.
Ownership mindset with data-driven decision making.
Ability to translate complex concepts into value propositions.
Strong communication to align stakeholders and engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead Leadership & Product Operating Model Excellence.
Mentorship & Coaching: guide other PMs to elevate craft, execution, and strategy.
Outcome over Output: drive ROI- and customer-focused product work.
Standardize product operating model principles (e.g., product trios, data-informed decisions).
Introduce continuous feedback loops and retrospectives to scale PM maturity.
Own Advanced Ads product ownership and roadmap.
Define long-term vision for Advanced Ads and integrations.
Lead continuous discovery to validate ideas before coding.
Drive monetization strategy and GTM with focus on LTV and MRR.
Ensure cross-functional alignment with Eng, Design, Growth.
Plan long-term needs and organizational design for product success.
