Job summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a seasoned Business Operations / Project Manager with a strong AdTech background to transform informal workflows into scalable, owned processes. You will manage the central project management infrastructure and partner with Product and executive leadership to ensure efficient, auditable operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a process, project management, or business operations role.
• Ad tech, SaaS, high-data-volume experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
• Data-driven, AI-fluent with ability to build structured data models.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous improvement across the process landscape; own the process vault and ensure ownership and governance.
• Own Notion project management tracker; ensure projects and tickets are tracked, visible, and actioned; scale to company-wide model.
• Support product release processes; structure the operational side of launches for go-live readiness.
• Act as the operational connective layer across business lines and enterprise client workflows; surface blockers and coordinate data needs.
• Own data pulls and spreadsheet-based reporting; build scalable models and dashboards for cross-functional teams.
