Job summary

Moneta is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the Partner team. You will lead, mentor, and develop staff while standardizing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze and improve business operations, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration. US work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience (3–5 years preferred) managing a high performing team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture and support professional growth.
• Standardize, document, and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Delegate tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion of deliverables and optimal resource utilization.
• Design and deliver training programs addressing skill gaps and career progression.
• Enhance team productivity by standardizing work processes and procedures.
• Serve as a technology liaison and subject matter expert for relevant systems and tools.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Represent the team in organizational projects, providing strategic input and advocating for team needs.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to build and maintain a talented, diverse team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Cultivate and manage key client relationships as appropriate to the team.
